Questions, a video that came out wrong, a takedown request, or a request to delete your data: send us a message and we will answer within two business days. Takedown requests are handled within 48 hours.

How long does a video take?

Usually 3 to 6 minutes after purchase. You can leave the app; the video waits for you in My videos.

My video came out wrong.

Tell us which video (the date and title are enough) and we will remake it at no charge.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete my data. Or send us a message here.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
